SUMMARY
Responsible for creating and maintaining Spectrum Reach web sites and landing pages across desktop, mobile and tablet experiences. This includes designing and partnering with strategic vendors and other teams to deliver a digital experience that drives business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Multitask across several high priority projects at once from launching landing pages, graphic creation, microsite development, banner development and other impromptu projects.
  • Provide ownership of web design style guide and templates.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams (Brand, Growth, IT, Charter Corporate Marketing) and outside agencies at various stages in the design process.
  • Establish policies and procedures for publishing Web pages, sites, and applications in conjunction with content creators.
  • Create/maintain web site image library.
  • Conduct research into current and emerging Web technologies and issues in support of Web development efforts.
  • Manage a project through all phases of development when necessary, creating concepts based on customer interaction, designing, revising, troubleshooting, and producing a final product.
  • Serve as project manager when appropriate, coordinating multiple resources and ensuring consistent communication and delivery.
  • Translate Charter's brand (including Design Systems) in the digital space.
  • Identify, recommend, and prioritize new web features in conjunction with key stakeholders.
  • Content creation and management.
  • Update web pages to ensure site accuracy and currency.
  • Perform periodic web site audits.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Internet programming languages, including HTML, HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
  • Well versed in usability and accessibility guidelines across mobile, desktop & tablet
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of application development methodologies
  • Project Management skills (ie Agile).

EDUCATION
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
PREFERRED - Certifications in related technologies
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • At least 2+yrs corporate graphic design experience (Portfolio should include samples of presentation design, multimedia projects, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities)
  • At least 2+yrs experience with computer graphic and multimedia design tools s including Adobe. Project management experience
  • At least 2+yrs experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Figma or other prototyping applications.
  • Experience with large, sites that require weekly updates preferred
  • Comprehensive experience with structuring, developing, and implementing interactive corporate Web sites preferred
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements preferred
  • Management or leadership experience preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of web site aesthetics leveraging design and UI best practices

The base pay for this position generally is between
$70,900.00 and $140,470.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
