In this leadership role, you will drive prioritized initiatives across the organization, serving as a strategic partner to HR and business leadership. You'll lead cross-functional efforts within DISH to define project objectives, establish governance, oversee resource alignment, and manage overall portfolio timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight & Execution: Direct the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, ensuring cross-program alignment, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery across major People initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Governance & Decision-Making: Establish decision-making frameworks to ensure appropriate executive and cross-functional stakeholder engagement at every phase of the project lifecycle.

  • Team Leadership & Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional alignment, leverage organizational expertise, and drive accountability across team leads and delivery partners to achieve strategic business goals.

  • Process Optimization & Status Reporting: Establish standardized project management processes, tracking mechanisms, meeting cadences, and executive status reporting to ensure operational excellence.

  • Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Workforce Strategy to oversee post-project evaluations, analyze program feedback, and integrate lessons learned into future organizational strategy.

  • Portfolio Flexibility: Oversee and prioritize ad-hoc executive initiatives and high-impact HR projects as organizational needs evolve.

Who You Are

  • Strategic Builder: You pair creative vision with strong managerial rigor, transforming high-level ideas into scalable, operational programs.

  • Relationship Builder & Influencer: You build trust across all leadership levels, navigating complex matrix environments to align diverse groups toward shared outcomes.

  • Big-Picture Thinker: You ask forward-thinking questions that push teams to build scalable, long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.

  • Systems & Analytical Mindset: You take a holistic approach to problem-solving, understanding how HR processes, technology, and organizational structures interact.

  • Change Management Expert: You possess deep expertise in change management methodologies, driving high adoption rates with an employee-centric mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master's or PMP preferred).

  • 6+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including formal or informal team leadership and matrix management.

  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-functional HR programs within a global or enterprise environment.

  • Expert stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to negotiate priorities with executive leadership.

  • Proven ability to design and oversee change adoption strategies, enterprise communication plans, and training frameworks.

  • Polished executive presence with strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex strategy to senior leadership.
