What you can expect

We are looking for a driven Manager of people and programs for our Order Management team. The Order Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team on processing orders in a timely manner and project management for automation. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Order Management.

About the Team
This is a highly collaborative team where you’ll be able to leave a meaningful impact on Zoom’s future while growing a team of your own!

Responsibilities

  • Working with key stakeholders in the order-to-cash process, specifically around quoting and provisioning and document the processes
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and automate Deal Desk and Order Management processes, creating efficiency and improving the sales experience.
  • Forming a thorough understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash process with focus on order management to billing
  • Maintaining KPIs for team members
  • Producing and implement automation tools and processes ensuring order fulfillment processes accurate, timely and compliant transactions
  • Being a trusted advisor to the sales team and partner with Finance, Billing support, and Sales Operations on order management

What we’re looking for

  • Possess 4 years of related experience leading and scaling Order Management, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations teams, within a SaaS environment.
  • Possess Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Display business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings and reporting)
  • Provide organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations
  • Enable to hold oneself to take initiate as a self-starter and others accountable and keep initiatives on track
  • Engage with Salesforce, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, and ERP tools
  • Open to work with offshore team members as needed by the business
     

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
