What Will You Be Doing?

The Manager, Network Reporting & Analytics, oversees the development of network planning reporting suite, metrics and KPIs. The manager will ensure that common questions can be answered with the same metrics within the reporting suite. This role will help make sure that the network & capacity planning team and teams that interface with the network team will be able to get answers to questions that drive strategic decisions for the airline.

Essential Functions

  • Weekly & Monthly Reporting
  • Lead the development and continuous enhancement of Frontier’s core network planning reports, including capacity, performance, and competitive metrics
  • Automate reporting processes to accelerate access to refreshed metrics and improve decision-making speed
  • Anticipate recurring business questions and design new reporting solutions that deliver timely, actionable answers
  • Data Source Maintenance
  • Build and maintain a single, trusted source of data for the network planning team
  • Establish efficient processes that integrate multiple data sources and enable fast, flexible ad hoc analysis by team members
  • Deliver rapid insights that help the team respond to shifting market conditions with confidence
  • AI Agent Management
  • Develop and deploy AI agents that proactively enhance and refresh reporting
  • Implement agents that detect changes in demand patterns, identify anomalies, and surface emerging trends
  • Leverage AI agents to introduce and scale new data sources that are not currently available or are only minimally utilized

 

Other Functions

  • Prepare executive level presentations that clearly communicate the long-term strategies, trade-offs, risk and financial implications
  • Staff workload management and skill development
  • Cross functioning with Scheduling, Finance, Fleet, Operations, Airports and Revenue teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Statistics or related analytical field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Master’s Degree Preferred in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Statistics or related analytical field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience in network planning, commercial strategy, fleet strategy, capacity planning, commercial analytics, airline analytics or business intelligence
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, programming, or other quantitative fields.
  • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to lead cross functional initiatives without direct authority and influence strategic decision making at senior levels

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Expert-level proficiency in Databricks, SQL, PySpark, and other programming languages used to manage, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets
  • Advanced proficiency with dashboard and business intelligence platforms, preferably Power BI, including the ability to design intuitive, scalable, and decision-oriented dashboards
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Diio, and Sabre Schedule Manager, or comparable analytical and scheduling tools used in airline planning environments
  • Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, compelling, and actionable visual insights that support executive decision-making and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of AI agents, including how they can be designed, deployed, and applied to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and support business decision-making
  • Knowledge of developing AI agent skills and capabilities, including configuring agents to retrieve information, perform defined tasks, and support evolving business needs
  • Strong understanding of airline financial metrics and how network decisions influence company financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes
  • Familiarity with ULCC airline planning and scheduling philosophy, including the key drivers, constraints, and trade-offs that shape network decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present insights, recommendations, and complex analytical concepts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with network planning tools, forecasting methodologies, and scenario modeling techniques
  • Knowledge of aircraft types and performance capabilities, including how aircraft limitations and operating characteristics affect network and scheduling decisions
