Job Description Summary

Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to promote the sale of company products and services in annuities. Drive engagement with financial professionals through product marketing, brand affinity, and the launch of new products/solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to create strategic campaign plans, establish business goals, and define key performance metrics.
  • Lead staff in the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns.
  • Review addressable market to define target audiences and create programs that drive engagement relevant to the audience.
  • Track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Maintain and improve end-to-end campaign processes, from strategy and creative execution through optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
  • Serve as internal escalation point for campaign related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
  • Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience
  • Three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms
  • Experience managing projects/processes
  • Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects
  • Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Team lead/supervisory experience
  • Intermediary or institutional experience
  • Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce CRM, Workfront, Tableau
  • Experience in change management
  • FINRA registered
  • Experience with annuity product function and target audiences

Working Conditions

  • Office environment: hybrid or remote location

Compensation


The salary for this position generally ranges between $110,000 - $125,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.


Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
