DIRECTV is seeking a dynamic Manager of Business Operations to drive operational excellence across our organization. This role will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day business operations while leading strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring our operational framework supports organizational growth and success.

Here's what you’ll do:

  • Oversee and support daily business operations to ensure seamless organizational functionality.
  • Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives to identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and execute operational plans, projects, and programs within designated business areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analyze operational data and market trends to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress toward organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on operational insights to leadership and various stakeholder groups.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across multiple departments.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities

May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered for employment in accordance with local ordinances and state law.

This role requires a minimum, but is not limited to approximately 10% travel.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $79,420 - $144,210

Low (N1): $79,420 - $119,130

Mid (N2): $83,600 - $125,400

High (N3): $91,960 - $137,940

Top (N4): $96,140 - $144,210
