Senior Consultant - Healthcare Payer Transformation & Client Success Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Payer Consulting professional with deep expertise in the US Health Plan/Payer industry, business process transformation, and strategic client relationship management. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to payer clients, acting as the primary on-site business partner and subject matter expert (SME) representing Hexaware's integrated Business Process Services (BPS) and IT capabilities. The individual will be responsible for strengthening executive client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, driving transformation initiatives, ensuring customer success, and enabling seamless collaboration between business operations and IT teams.
