Open Positions: 

PRN 8 Hour and 12 Hour Shifts​, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

Full-Time 6am-6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday 

Full-Time 6pm-6am all nights needed

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

Current CPR certification

Rate Range: $35-$40
