We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused Junior IT Support Engineer with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for all things PC and software related.
As part of a 24-hour business, our technical support team ensures employees have the help they need when they need it. While the Denver office is not open 24 hours yet, it currently supports 7 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week. After completing training, shifts may fall on any day within this range.
The Denver office is growing fast, and we are looking for a friendly face to support our Tech Bar while resolving second line incidents, handling escalations from 1st line, and working closely with 3rd line teams. We also provide support to VIPs at all levels, manage domains across the group, and maintain the business's mobile assets.
This Junior role is a perfect opportunity for someone ready to take the next step from first to second line support and grow within a dynamic team.
The salary for this role is $52,000 - $60,000 annually.

What you will do
  • Resolving second line incidents.
  • Seeking assistance from Engineers and Seniors for complex issues.
  • Resolving VIP incidents and completing VIP requests.
  • Completing system maintenance, alongside overnight escalations, and call outs.
  • Managing the domain portfolio.
  • Managing mobile assets.
  • Creating and maintaining Active Directory groups.
  • Applying and maintaining folder permissions or shared drives.
  • Managing inbound and outbound mail flow.
