Labcorp is seeking a Remote Business Implementation Intern to join our Technology Implementation Office Team located in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Work Schedule:

Mon – Fri / 40hrs per week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior and Associate Implementation Leads in the delivery of project objectives.

  • Support the coordination and collaboration of business and technical support teams for project delivery

  • Development of tools to support team activities such as task tracking and reporting, document management, and training

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working towards bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology

Additional Job Standards:

  • Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.

  • Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Process

  • Experience using AI related tools

About the Team:

The Business Implementation Team works in partnership with the IT and Business Project Management Organization to support the delivery of business process and application enhancement project objectives.  We drive the collaboration of multi-functional teams of subject matter experts and project leads through the project phases including project planning, design, development, validation, implementation, and post-production support. 

About the Program:

As a Labcorp intern, you’ll be immersed in hands-on work that complements your academic background. In addition to your project work, you’ll gain valuable exposure to Labcorp’s global business, culture, and leadership through:

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 11 weeks, full-time

  • Dates of Internship: June 1, 2027 - August 13, 2027

  • Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr

  • Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
