Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Intelligence Technical Advisor to support strategic growth and technical engagement efforts within the Combatant Commands, with an initial focus on INDOPACOM. This role is ideal for a senior intelligence professional with recent executive-level experience in Combatant Command J2 operations, particularly within INDOPACOM.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise Capture and Proposal teams with subject matter expertise on Combatant Command J2/JIOC operations
- Contribute to solution development, bid strategy, win themes, and proposal reviews
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape competitive technical solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Facilitate customer meetings and support call plans to strengthen relationships and drive growth
- Serve as a contributing author for technical responses to government RFPs and RFIs
- Translate complex intelligence concepts into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences
- Ensure alignment of written responses with proposal requirements and strategic objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of national security issues and defense policy
- Prepare detailed technical reports and deliver briefings to government customers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality analytical products
- Enhance deliverable products by integrating hyperlink functionality for improved usability
- Support ongoing innovation in technical documentation and presentation
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence, Military Strategic Studies, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of intelligence experience
- 5+ years of recent experience within INDOPACOM J2 (within the last year)
- 2+ years of experience in another Combatant Command J2
- Prior service at the O6 level (or civilian equivalent) within INDOPACOM J2
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI polygraph if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as the INDOPACOM J2 Executive Director.

Pay Range:Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
