Overview

Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. We are looking for an Integration & Technical Infrastructure Program manager to support our U.S. Government Airgap Cloud (AGC) team. In this role you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s dedicated online services supporting the U.S. Government. Join a dynamic team that embraces a growth mindset and is tackling the challenge of constructing the technical infrastructure propelling the fourth industrial revolution. The Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) division is entrusted with operating Microsoft’s cloud, while the Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) team is responsible for building data center capacity.

Datacenter Integration - Integration & Technical Infrastructure Program Managers (DCI - ITIM) are the intersection of construction and connectivity that enables the growth of Microsoft's Air-Gapped Cloud. Driven by world-class safety, quality, cost, and schedule predictability, ITIMs lead standardized delivery and integration of low voltage, connectivity, security, critical environment, and operational-readiness systems from project initiation through COLO readiness and beyond. Our portfolio includes complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million-dollar, multi-year data center construction and lease projects

While our U.S. Government dedicated datacenter team has a sharp focus on serving our U.S. Government customers and helping them achieve federal missions, together, all of Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 100 datacenters and 1 million servers. Our foundation is built upon and managed by a team of subject matter experts working to support services for more than 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses in over 90 countries worldwide.

The Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical infrastructure integration activities within data center construction projects. This role requires effective project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience working in complex construction and technical environments.

This includes managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams, construction partners, property owners, service providers, and equipment vendors.

At Microsoft, our mission—to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more—guides how we partner with customers to deliver trusted, impactful solutions.
