· Utilize Gantt charts, driving path analysis, milestone tracking, Earned Value Management, and other project management techniques to monitor progress, identify performance variances, and enable timely intervention on critical areas.

· Ensure IMS compliance with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point assessment guidelines and KBR standards.

· Responsible for configuration management of the program schedule and associated subcontractor schedules.

· Coordinate with program leadership to align schedules with contractual deliverables, milestones, and technical objectives.

· Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules into the overall program IMS.

· Support program Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements and deliverables by ensuring schedule data integrity and alignment with cost baselines.

· Provide regular schedule status reports, metrics, and briefings to program leadership and government customers.

· Drive IMS engagement during internal and external status sessions, including Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate resource loading and forecasting.
