The Enterprise Program Manager coordinates and oversees program management activities for national security operations, ensuring effective communication, managing customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with requirements across multiple locations.

The Systems Engineer will support national security by advising on intelligence operations, coordinating technical support, and facilitating information sharing among USG organizations.

Support the Test Director across test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting. In this role, the Senior Sustainment Systems Engineer will manage technical challenges for satellite systems, ensure system readiness, and engage with stakeholders to achieve mission objectives.

Perform orbit analysis and orbital determination, generate daily orbital data for satellite contacts, support launch ops with sensor coverage/telemetry planning and link-margin analysis, interface with customers and tracking stations, participate in testing and automation of OA software/hardware, and provide basic astrodynamics education to customers to ensure mission success.

Manage the Integrated Master Schedule for a military space systems program, ensuring collaboration with teams and stakeholders, and presenting schedule reviews to management.

Design, implement, test, and maintain high-throughput, reliable data stream processing software. Contribute to architecture, prototypes, code reviews, unit/integration tests, documentation, and production troubleshooting while collaborating in Agile/DevOps teams.

Lead sustainment systems engineering for MILSATCOM and NC3 programs: apply MBSE (SysML/Cameo/Rhapsody), manage requirements, risk, configuration, and SEIT processes; coordinate stakeholders, support O&S activities, and advance readiness for space communications systems.

The Software Tester designs and executes test plans, develops automation scripts, conducts various testing phases, and collaborates with teams to ensure software quality and performance.

Lead subcontract and procurement activities for federal contracts, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance. Manage supplier qualification, negotiations, contract execution, performance monitoring, cost control, audits, and cross-functional coordination. Drive subcontract strategy, supplier performance metrics, and process improvements while supervising subcontracts staff and supporting large, complex agreements.

Support implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Autodesk Vault; maintain data integrity, revision control, and PDM workflows; provide technical support and training for Vault and Inventor users; create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and technical documentation; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and configuration management teams; perform senior-level drafting and design when Vault administration is not full-time.

Lead technical strategy and solution design for defense and intelligence proposals. Collaborate with BD, capture, and SMEs to develop system designs, technical volumes, BOEs, RFIs, and roadmaps while incorporating emerging technologies like MBSE, DevSecOps, cloud, and digital engineering.

Quality Engineers will ensure compliance to mission assurance across project life cycles, focusing on supplier surveillance, inspections, and documentation of quality processes for NASA programs.

The Systems Engineer will apply Model Based Systems Engineering tools to support the development of defense systems, focusing on requirements and system integration for satellite and ground systems.

Provide SETA/system engineering leadership for ground segment architecture, antenna scheduling, network operations, requirements and integration, configuration and risk management, test/readiness, mission partner onboarding, and operational data-flow analysis in support of classified space missions. Advise government leadership, track deficiencies and risks, prepare technical recommendations, and mentor junior personnel in a high-visibility, classified environment.

Provide SETA technical leadership for ground system architecture and operations supporting classified space missions. Advise government leadership on antenna scheduling, network operations, requirements and architecture, integration planning, baseline control, risk/deficiency resolution, test readiness, mission partner onboarding, and operational data-flow performance. Track deficiencies, evaluate telemetry and scheduling data, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, prepare technical recommendations, and mentor junior staff in a high-visibility classified environment.
