This opportunity is ideal for current students, recent graduates, or career changers who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in fields such as travel, conservation, sustainability, operations, marketing, guest services, or business support functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues on department specific projects to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.
- Support department-specific projects, which may include research, data entry, process improvement, content creation, guest support, or administrative assistance, depending on placement.
- Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel.
- Contribute to the department and company by taking an active role as a member of the team and engaging in conversation about productivity and efficiency.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant coursework, training or lived experience in your area of interest.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to think critically, identify challenges, and come up with solutions.

INTERNSHIP GOALS

COMPENSATION
This internship pays $20-$25 per hour, depending on position and experience. (Per Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, employers must include compensation ranges in job postings).
This role includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; generous paid time off; and paid holidays. Our Louisville, Colorado office also offers scenic trails, an on-site fitness facility, and a café serving daily breakfast, lunch, and locally roasted coffee. Benefits are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
The internship is based out of our Louisville, CO office and will be primarily in person. Some hybrid flexibility may be available depending on the role and department, with an expectation of at least 50% time spent in the office.
WORKING HOURS
Our standard company hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. On Saturdays, we operate from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with coverage provided by select members of our guest-facing teams. Additional hours may be required, as needed, to achieve your goals and support business needs.
INTERNSHIP DURATION
This paid internship is designed as a year-long opportunity, with anticipated start dates in May or June. Timing may be adjusted based on departmental needs and individual circumstances. Toward the end of the internship, performance and business needs may be evaluated to determine potential eligibility for a permanent position.
