- Develop the grassroots playbook that allows 4,300 stores to execute high-impact local activations, ranging from youth sports sponsorships to community festivals
- Launch a standardized local event measurement framework within your first 90 days to quantify the impact of community presence on subscriber acquisition and brand sentiment
- Create self-service marketing toolkits and training for field leaders and store managers to empower them to own their local market growth and drive regional relevance
- Use localized data to identify under-penetrated neighborhoods and design custom strike team marketing plans that boost foot traffic and local market share
- Direct the strategy for experiential marketing and community partnerships, ensuring every local touchpoint reinforces our value proposition and drives measurable lead generation
- Lead the collaboration with creative and media agencies to produce localized assets that feel authentic to specific regions while maintaining national brand integrity
- Manage a complex local marketing fund with a focus on achieving high ROI on every dollar spent at the neighborhood level
Skills, Experience and Requirements

- Proficiency in scaling a brand's physical footprint through community-centered strategies and event-led growth across large-scale retail environments
- Proven ability to secure and manage high-impact local partnerships with community leaders, influencers, and regional vendors
- Analytical expertise in translating regional ROI and market penetration data into actionable investment strategies for local market presence
- Exceptional professional acumen in being the voice of the field at HQ, ensuring corporate campaigns are effective for the person standing behind the counter
- Technical mastery of systems and tech-stacks necessary to manage local requests and asset distribution at a massive scale
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools and localized digital platforms like Yext or SOCi to automate and scale the localization of marketing materials
- Roll-up-the-sleeves mentality with a comfort level moving seamlessly from executive boardrooms to on-the-ground tent events in the community
Additional Qualifications
- Background in field marketing, experiential branding, or regional marketing strategy for multi-unit retail or telecommunications brands
- Experience managing large-scale event budgets and vendor networks across 1,000+ units or multiple geographic territories
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Field Operations, or Community Relations
- Proven experience managing multi-unit retail footprints (telecom experience is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team
- At least 5 years of experience with:
- Local/Regional Marketing Strategy and Event Planning
- Localized digital tools such as Yext, SOCi, or similar local SEO/social platforms
- Marketing Analytics Platforms and CRM systems
