The Head of Human Resources is responsible for supporting the business through people, developing and leading the overall people strategy for VBH, and ensuring the organization has the talent, leadership capability, culture, and workforce infrastructure required to achieve its objectives. This newly created leadership role will serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and executive team, providing HR expertise, options, and recommendations while working collaboratively within a highly entrepreneurial environment. This leader will influence through partnership, helping business leaders make informed people decisions rather than operating as a traditional policy-driven gatekeeper.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Sunita Krishna. Oversees a team of HR professionals with responsibility for HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.

Working within the HR Framework of Vero Fiber Infrastructure (VFI), responsible for driving Vero Broadband Holdings (VBH) HR Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness; Talent Acquisition & Workforce Growth; Leadership Development & Capability Building; Performance & Culture; Employee Relations & Employee Experience; Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards; Compliance & Risk Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience building HR functions in growing organizations in remote working environments. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and employment law. Preferred: Master's degree (MBA) and SHRM-SCP or SPHR.

- Collaborating with leadership, develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Build an HR service delivery model that supports leaders and employees effectively.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and HR related acquisition integration activities.
- Develop recruiting strategies and scalable onboarding programs.
- Implement leadership development and supervisor capability programs.
- Partner with leadership to evolve and scale performance management, accountability, feedback, and recognition practices.
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
JOB DETAILS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This role requires Occasional travel up to 10% of the time for activities such as out-of-town meetings, training, or outreach activities.

- The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with weekend or weeknight availability as needed to fulfill the core duties of the role.

- The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $125,000 – $140,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
- This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, based on individual performance and company profitability.
