Lead all U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and planning for VFN Holdings and subsidiaries. Manage federal, state, and local filings, coordinate external advisors, develop tax strategies, oversee payroll tax for stock compensation, support telecom-specific reporting, partner with accounting and finance teams, improve tax processes and controls, and serve as primary contact for auditors and agencies.
