Manage operational aspects of multi-state fiber networks including NOC coordination, outage response, scheduled maintenance, MOP/RFO/RCA preparation, customer escalations, on-call coverage, process improvement, and periodic network risk assessments.

Manage permit applications for FTTH/OSP projects from submission through approval. Review permit packages, coordinate revisions with agencies and engineers, track risks and timelines, liaise with municipalities and utilities, and ensure jurisdictional compliance to support project delivery.
