Coordinates SMB, enterprise, ICB, and MDU projects from intake through installation, activation, testing, billing readiness, closeout, and internal handoff. Reviews orders, tracks milestones and dependencies, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, communicates with customers and property stakeholders, resolves issues, maintains project records and reports, and supports process improvements and service-delivery operations.

Leads the overall HR and people strategy for a growing, remote organization. Partners with the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, culture, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations. Oversees HR professionals across business partnering, recruiting, learning and development, and operations while building scalable people practices that support business growth.

Designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes scalable FTTH broadband network infrastructure. Configures core network equipment, monitors performance, troubleshoots complex issues, leads root cause analyses, and improves network automation and observability. Implements security and disaster recovery measures, maintains technical documentation, mentors engineering and NOC teams, supports vendor escalations, and contributes to long-term network strategy and technology roadmaps. Participates in an occasional travel schedule and after-hours on-call rotation.

Serve as the technical bridge in pre-sales for fiber infrastructure: design custom network solutions, support sales with technical discovery and proposals, validate feasibility with engineering and operations, present to clients and executives, and improve solution patterns and documentation to align with pricing, margins, and delivery timelines.

Produce operational and financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive and Board decisions. Validate network metrics, track costs and recoveries, maintain CRM data governance, and translate operational throughput into actionable financial insights.

Lead day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, liquidity forecasting, bank account administration, treasury controls, and debt compliance reporting. Maintain banking relationships, monitor interest-rate exposure, support financing and capital markets activity, and build scalable treasury processes while partnering with accounting, FP&A, and subsidiary finance teams.

Lead and grow an operations team to deliver complex OSP fiber projects end-to-end: vendor selection, permitting, engineering, construction oversight, budgeting, client communications, invoice validation, and process improvements to accelerate delivery and reduce costs.
