What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an HR Administrator for our Fort Collins, CO office.  You will work hand in hand with senior management to provide outstanding customer service to our employees across our 10 locations. Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are committed to promoting a healthy work/life balance for our team. This position will be full-time on-site. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in recruitment and pre-employment strategies
  • Serve as the first contact person for new hires and departing team members
  • Manage HR administration functions, such as the employee handbook
  • Perform benefit administration, including open enrollment
  • Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports
  • 401(K) administration

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years in an HR Administration position
  • Outstanding recruiting skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality 

Compensation:

We offer a base salary between $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
