Maintain and redesign HR processes across the employee lifecycle, document workflows, identify gaps and compliance risks, and implement automation using HRIS and Microsoft 365 tools. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and IT to deploy scalable solutions and manage HR programs including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and maintain critical HR processes while ensuring business continuity.
- Document and map end-to-end HR workflows, identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and compliance risks.
- Redesign and standardize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Automate manual tasks using HRIS capabilities, Power Automate, Copilot, and other workflow tools.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of progressive HR operations, HRIS, or process improvement experience.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Experience managing complex HR programs including:
- Onboarding and new hire integration
- Benefits administration
- Compliance and audits
- Offboarding and separations
- Hands-on experience with one or more HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Experience designing and deploying workflow automation solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including:
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Microsoft Copilot
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
