Systems-first infrastructure engineer responsible for designing, building, and administering on-prem and cloud infrastructure. Manage servers, storage, hypervisors, networking, Active Directory/domain services, certificates, backups, monitoring, and virtualization. Support CI/CD and DevOps tooling, automate with scripting, troubleshoot VM/container workloads, administer SaaS/cloud platforms, and maintain runbooks and operational documentation.

Own request processing from network ingress through metadata, placement, and durable persistence. Focus on low-latency, high-concurrency, correctness under failure, durability features (erasure coding/replication), caching, rebalancing, and performance profiling on Linux.
