Produce high-volume digital, motion, and print assets across email, SMS, web, social, and paid media. Adapt assets to specs, manage file organization, support brand projects, templates, and event/print collateral while collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams.
We are looking for a talented, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across every channel. This is a hands-on production role, where you’ll be creating a high volume of assets spanning static graphics, GIFs, and short-form video edits for email, SMS, web, social, and paid media. You move fast without sacrificing quality, take feedback graciously and iterate quickly, and bring a natural sense of organization to a team that's always juggling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Digital & Channel Graphics
- Design static graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form video edits for use across email, SMS, website, social media, and paid advertising channels.
- Adapt and resize assets across multiple formats and specs while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and produce campaign visuals that align with briefs and channel best practices.
- Deliver assets on time and production-ready, with clean file organization for handoff to channel owners.
- Email & SMS
- Produce all visual assets for email and SMS campaigns including newsletter, lifecycle, and promotional sales, working closely with the retention team to bring templates to life.
- Design and maintain modular email template components that can be efficiently assembled for different campaign types.
- Social & Paid Media
- Create on-brand graphics and motion assets for organic social across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Design paid ad creative in a variety of formats, including static, carousel, and video, optimized for platform specs and performance.
- Website
- Design homepage and landing page graphics and layouts to support seasonal campaign launches as well as evergreen selling.
- Arrange and layout images in a cohesive manner, scaling product imagery for consistency across the website.
- Invitations & Print
- Design polished invitations for events, product launches, and brand moments, balancing creativity with brand standards.
- Manage print-ready file preparation including bleeds, color profiles, and vendor specifications.
- Brand Projects
- Build and maintain slide decks to support cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and the executive suite
- Support miscellaneous brand and design needs as they arise, such as crests, logos, iconography, one-pagers, and more.
- Support merchandising with illustrations, design, and color swaps in early iterations of capsule ideation.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and asset libraries.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of graphic design experience in a marketing, agency, or in-house brand environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong proficiency in Canva or similar software
- A portfolio that demonstrates range in digital, motion, print, and a clear eye for typography, color, and composition.
- Video editing experience in Premiere Pro or similar.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adhering to deadlines, keeping files tidy, and never losing track of a revision.
- A thick skin and a growth mindset; you welcome constructive feedback and use it to make the work better, not take it personally.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Reliable remote work setup with a stable internet connection and the self-discipline to manage your time independently.
