At RingCentral, we believe the best customer experiences happen when humans and AI work together. Our agentic voice AI portfolio—AIR, AVA, and ACE—brings together automation, assistance, and insights across the entire conversation lifecycle. The result? More seamless, intelligent experiences for businesses everywhere.
With $2.5B+ in ARR and $250M invested in R&D annually, we’re building the future of AI-powered business communications.
This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Go-to-Market Engineer to own the optimization and automation of our outbound pipeline generation engine and inbound lead optimization. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations—responsible for building the technical infrastructure, tooling, and processes that drive sustainable increases in outbound pipeline.
As the technical architect for our outbound motion, you will build automated workflows, orchestrate data flows, and align sales strategy with scalable technical systems. Centralizing optimization across 55 XDRs, you will maximize tech stack ROI (Pocus, Clay, n8n, SEPs), accelerate pipeline growth, and bridge cross-functional silos to drive sustainable company growth.
In your first 90 days, you will audit the GTM stack, ship 2-3 sales plays, align marketing cover with account scoring, and set baseline reporting. Over your first year, you will increase meeting set rates (from 1.48% to 2%+), generate $10M+ in incremental pipeline, reduce rep workload, and advance our modern GTM execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Ship and evaluate 20+ high-intent outbound campaigns per quarter.
Tech Stack & Automation: Manage and optimize GTM tools (Pocus/Apollo, Clay, n8n, Claude, SEP); build automated account engagement, routing, and play workflows.
Integrations & Scoring: Implement low-code cross-system integrations and build custom account scoring models based on intent, firmographics, and engagement.
Experimentation: Continuously test and iterate on outbound plays to improve conversion rates.
Inbound Lifecycle & Routing: Automate capture, scoring, and SLA routing of inbound leads (form, chat, visitor intent) to reps or AI agents.
Marketing Alignment: Align campaign timing/targeting with scoring models to convert air-cover spend into qualified pipeline.
Tracking & Reporting: Monitor speed-to-lead cadences, build stage-by-stage conversion reporting (MQL to SQL to opp), and resolve handoff stalls.
Feedback Loops: Connect inbound conversion data with outbound play design for bi-directional optimization.
Analytics & Dashboards: Build reporting infrastructure to track performance metrics (conversion, pipeline contribution, efficiency) and show incremental value.
Experiments & Insights: Run tooling/process experiments and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on resource allocation.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Experience & Track Record: 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS GTM systems/RevOps/SalesOps; proven success building outbound pipeline engines that impact revenue.
GTM Tooling: Proficiency in Clay, Claude Code, n8n (or similar workflow platforms), and Apollo (or similar SEP/data layers).
Technical & CRM Chops: Strong proficiency with APIs, webhooks, low-code/data transformation, lead scoring, account segmentation, MCP servers for AI workflows, and Salesforce/CRM architecture.
Evaluation & Financial Modeling: Ability to rapidly evaluate GTM tools and model basic financials (ROI, pipeline forecasting).
Preferred Background: Scaling outbound from $10M to $100M+ ARR; background in data science, analytics, or engineering; exposure to Snowflake, BigQuery, Census/Hightouch, and AI prompt engineering.
