As a Business Development Representative, you'll qualify leads, follow up through various channels, and support the Outbound Sales team to increase sales opportunities.

Lead and optimize end-to-end creative operations for a global in-house creative organization. Manage Monday.com systems, resource planning, vendor coordination, AI and automation enablement, and cross-functional program delivery to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalable workflows across Brand, Web, Video, Events, Social, and Product Marketing.

Monitor production networks and alarms, investigate and troubleshoot VOIP, data, and system issues per SOPs, update tickets, implement disaster recovery, triage with vendors and customers, escalate complex problems, and operate independently during 2nd shift.

Maintain and improve uptime, availability, and performance of services via observability, redundancy, failover, and load‑balancing. Integrate monitoring into SDLC, lead incident response/on‑call, assess capacity and risks, and work with teams to extend observability and automate self‑healing.

Qualify and nurture outbound leads via phone, email, and chat to create sales-ready opportunities. Prospect, educate, and engage C-level prospects, follow pre-sales processes, use Salesforce to document interactions, and meet activity metrics through daily planning and script customization.

Lead and scale the account management function to reduce churn, drive retention and expansion, and ensure world-class partner service. Manage KPIs (Churn, CSAT, SLAs), develop playbooks and escalation paths for outsourced teams, perform QA and coaching, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and use account health data to predict risk and inform strategy.

Deploy agentic AI solutions in strategic enterprise accounts: discover requirements, design multi-turn agent workflows, integrate AIR Pro with customer systems, ensure compliance and observability, drive measurable ROI and support go-to-market and product feedback.

Provide privacy legal counsel to product and engineering teams building AI-first communications and contact center solutions. Lead DPIAs/PIAs, ensure global privacy and security compliance (including HIPAA), collaborate with InfoSec, support incident response, maintain processing records and Trust Center materials, and monitor evolving privacy/AI laws to enable compliant product innovation.
