What Impact You’ll Make:
As a member of the Controls Product Management team, you will be an active contributor to the business by:
Experiencing challenging assignments, collaborating across functions such as Engineering, Commercial & Sales, and Supply Chain.
Receiving training, mentorship, and coaching from Product and Program Managers, while learning the strategic planning rhythms associated with a world-class industrial technology business.
Growing your expertise in product management, program management, controls technology, and business strategy.
Gaining exposure to our controls manufacturing plant in Longmont, CO.
Job Description:
What You Will Do:
Work on an assignment / project with program and product management to stretch your learning and skillset.
Identify, own, and develop a solution to directly address a critical business challenge through improved visual management.
Help develop standard work and processes across different functions to drive efficiency across the business.
Report on progress and status to senior leaders in Gas Power and the Controls business.
Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver positive outcomes, and contribute to the success of our team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an discipline as listed below.
Following majors accepted: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
