Job Description

What Impact You’ll Make:

As a member of the Controls Product Management team, you will be an active contributor to the business by:

  • Experiencing challenging assignments, collaborating across functions such as Engineering, Commercial & Sales, and Supply Chain.

  • Receiving training, mentorship, and coaching from Product and Program Managers, while learning the strategic planning rhythms associated with a world-class industrial technology business.

  • Growing your expertise in product management, program management, controls technology, and business strategy.

  • Gaining exposure to our controls manufacturing plant in Longmont, CO.

Job Description:

What You Will Do:

  • Work on an assignment / project with program and product management to stretch your learning and skillset.

  • Identify, own, and develop a solution to directly address a critical business challenge through improved visual management.

  • Help develop standard work and processes across different functions to drive efficiency across the business.

  • Report on progress and status to senior leaders in Gas Power and the Controls business.

  • Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver positive outcomes, and contribute to the success of our team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an discipline as listed below.

  • Following majors accepted: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).

The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
