What Makes This Role Great:
You will serve as a core strategic partner within our Customer FP&A team, directly shaping our retention strategy, optimizing customer lifetime value, and turning complex metrics into actionable insights that fuel global success.
 
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
• Build sophisticated Business Intelligence models to deliver clear strategic insights into retention, customer delivery, and service costs.
• Spearhead renewals and churn assumption frameworks to empower executive decision-making and support central revenue forecasting.
• Champion customer analytics by tracking Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, and engagement trends to maximize platform stickiness.
• Drive operational efficiency across customer-facing teams by analyzing cost-to-serve metrics, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity.
 
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A roles.
• Deep expertise in data analytics with demonstrated proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.
• Proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic alignment across Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams.
• Demonstrated strength in process optimization and automating systems to enhance operational productivity.
 
Bonus Points For:
• Experience integrating AI-driven analytical solutions to streamline financial modeling.
• Strong familiarity with product adoption metrics such as Monthly Active Users and depth-of-use tracking.

Location: Open to Remote, Hybrid, or In Office (Location TBD)

    Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
