Responsibilities:
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems in an organized and efficient manner.
- File documents accurately and ensure they are easily accessible for retrieval.
- Update and maintain records, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
- Follow company protocols for document handling, storage, and disposal.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by retrieving relevant documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration preferred.
- Proven experience as a File Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in file management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using filing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
