We are looking for an executive assistant who will help keep our facilities and locations running smoothly. Successful candidates will be self-starters with experience working as part of fast-paced teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide meeting scheduling and travel management support for two executives
• Provide administrative support to the executive team including administering of Docusign contracts, following up with vendors, interview scheduling and onboarding of new hires
• Support marketing event logistics including team travel, shipment of marketing materials and swag procurement
• Provide day-to-day logistical support to the office including general cleanliness, coordinating facilities maintenance with vendors, replenishment of consumables, registration of guests, etc
• Organize team socials and Friday lunches for the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational stills
• Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with ability to drive results independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment or equivalent

Base Salary:  $80-$110k/year
