We are looking for an executive assistant who will help keep our facilities and locations running smoothly. Successful candidates will be self-starters with experience working as part of fast-paced teams.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide meeting scheduling and travel management support for two executives
- Provide administrative support to the executive team including administering of Docusign contracts, following up with vendors, interview scheduling and onboarding of new hires
- Support marketing event logistics including team travel, shipment of marketing materials and swag procurement
- Provide day-to-day logistical support to the office including general cleanliness, coordinating facilities maintenance with vendors, replenishment of consumables, registration of guests, etc
- Organize team socials and Friday lunches for the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational stills
- Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with ability to drive results independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment or equivalent
Base Salary: $80-$110k/year
