The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities with minimal supervision. The person in this role must be based in the Denver area and will be required to work onsite 2-3 times per week, or as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Project Coordination: Support special projects, initiatives, and events as directed by the executive team.
  • Expense Management: Process expense reports, track budgets, and manage vendor relationships for executive-related purchases or services.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve administrative systems, workflows, and communication channels.
  • Meetings and Events: Plan and coordinate logistics for team meetings and company gatherings.
  • Maintain Office Operations: Keep the Denver office fully stocked and organized by managing supplies, mail, kitchen, and facilities.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years supporting executives or senior leaders, ideally including direct support to a CEO.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, , Slack).
    • High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Resourceful problem-solver, addressing challenges effectively and proactively.
    • Maintains professionalism under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
    • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.

The compensation for this position is commensurate with experience, with a range between $65,000.00-$90,000.00 USD in on target earnings.
