We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for headcount and operating expense forecasting, planning and analysis, and involved in financial aspects of strategic decision-making. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic financial modeling, and ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A background, analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and operate with a high level of autonomy.

You are the right candidate if you are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with shifting demands and effectively prioritize asks of stakeholders. You are willing and able to dive into the details but can balance the ability to summarize and communicate with senior leadership at a higher level. You take full ownership of your work and that of your team, deliver a high level of accuracy in your deliverables, and self-correct when necessary to get back on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary finance owner of ~$250M of spend across headcount, operating expense, and capitalized expense creating monthly rolling forecasts and budget
  • Lead Opex financial close reviews with accounting and segment FP&A teams
  • Work directly with functional leads on headcount reporting and planning for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Help manage, mentor and train an analyst
  • Evolve processes around sales commissions with the Go-To-Market and commercial leadership teams
  • Manage vendor spend approvals and vendor analysis
  • Become a OneStream power user for the organization to assist financial systems team with new functionality; serve as liaison with the field FP&A teams on OneStream matters.
  • Involved in other special projects as they arise.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset to deliver timely, high-quality deliverables to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with senior finance executives.
  • Proficiency in finance software and tools. Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, with OneStream proficiency highly preferred.
  • Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities and deliver enhanced efficiency and accuracy
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus

Where: Denver area with a hybrid schedule of in office 2 days per week. 

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 USD per year + bonus in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
