Briostack, part of EverCommerce, is looking to hire motivated, goal oriented, and dependable people to expand our Client Services team. As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will have an advanced focus on high-profile and enterprise customers that will require a special touch and the ability to connect. You will manage account implementation from sign-on through the transition to a (CAM) Customer Account Manager. This includes providing onboarding, support, training, and guidance through the adoption of Brio, our SAAS-based ERP designed specifically for pest control companies. This role is primarily responsible for the period of time that will most greatly impact the success of a customer. This is a high-touch position with a strong need for understanding customer progression through implementation. We are looking for individuals who are willing to take on large tasks and manage every aspect of our onboarding process.

Briostack is a small but quickly growing software as a service company. We have a software suite targeted at the major business needs of pest control companies. Our goal is to build software so good that no one can offer a close substitute, and we are building a world-class engineering team to help us achieve it. Our product offering is named Brio, and there are a number of major parts to what it does:

Responsibilities:

  • Train customers to make a transition from old to new ways of thinking
  • Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend best practices in the use of the software
  • Handle customer support calls during the Engagement process
  • Train customers and their staff in the use of the software both on-line and in person.
  • Manage a data migration with high attention to detail
  • Nurture customer relationships to build trust
  • Participate in the ongoing creation and updating of best practices for role and department
  • Operate across department boundaries
  • Consistently increase your knowledge of the software and the industry
  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to help the customer be successful
  • Potentially some travel
  • Willingness to work over 40 hours when necessary
  • Help Customers become an expert on the product which includes using all features to the fullest.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Delivery of technology training in a corporate setting in-person and via the web
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Customer service/support
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project development
  • Bachelors degree or associate degree with comparable experience
  • Working well across departments
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
  • Data conversion or migration experience preferred
  • Software implementation experience preferred

Where:  Remote US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:  The target base compensation for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
