Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Event Manager to join the Kaseya global events team. Reporting to the Senior Event Manager, this role is responsible for delivering large-scale conferences, exhibits, and experiential brand environments that bring the Kaseya story to life through impactful brand moments, community engagement, and sales enablement. 

This role supports end-to-end execution across fast-paced, high-complexity programs, managing 300+ concurrent assets, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines. Events span customer, and executive audiences, with a focus on scalable experiences, measurable business outcomes, and engaging social programming. 

The ideal candidate excels in operational execution and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to translate strategy into high-impact event experiences that strengthen community and brand connection. 

Key Responsibilities 

Event Planning & Execution 

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global conferences, trade shows, exhibits, and experiential events. 
  • Manage integrated timelines, production schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs. 
  • Oversee event logistics including venues, registration, signage, transportation, staffing, and on-site execution. 
  • Ensure all event elements align with brand standards and strategic objectives. 

Branding, Exhibits & Experiential Design 

  • Manage large-scale branding programs across physical and digital event environments, including signage, print, and installations. 
  • Coordinate and track 300+ event assets across multiple vendors and stakeholders. 
  • Partner with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact event environments. 
  • Design floor plans, space utilization, and attendee flow to optimize engagement and experience. 
  • Curate networking, social programming, and experiential activations that enhance event value. 

Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement 

  • Partner closely with the sponsorship team to develop and execute on-site branding and activation opportunities. 
  • Support the creation of incremental revenue streams through integrated sponsor placements across exhibits, digital assets, and activations. 
  • Ensure sponsor deliverables are executed seamlessly while maintaining brand integrity and a premium attendee experience. 
  • Balance sponsor visibility with overall event design to ensure a cohesive environment. 

Attendee Experience & Journey Design 

  • Design and deliver end-to-end attendee journeys across large-scale events, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Develop structured experiences across multiple audience segments, including VIP, executive, partner, and general attendee programs. 
  • Optimize attendee flow, spatial planning, and touchpoint strategy to maximize engagement and experience quality. 
  • Implement engagement strategies such as gamification and interactive elements to drive participation. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure tailored, high-value experiences for each audience segment. 
  • Support curated attendee gifting and experience enhancements as part of broader event strategy. 
  • Use post-event insights to continuously improve attendee experience design. 

Sales Enablement & Event Impact 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align events with pipeline generation with onsite activations.  
  • Design event experiences that support high-value sales interactions, including executive meetings and customer programs. 
  • Develop event-based enablement tools and messaging to support field teams pre-, during, and post-event. 
  • Build structured engagement opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes and deal acceleration. 
  • Ensure event environments are optimized to facilitate meaningful customer and prospect conversations. 

Project & Stakeholder Management 

  • Act as central project lead across internal teams, executives, vendors, and external partners. 
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication workflows across all deliverables. 
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and accountability. 
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership on progress, risks, and performance. 

Vendor & Budget Management 

  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including production, fabrication, AV, venues, entertainment, and staffing. 
  • Develop and manage event budgets with a focus on efficiency and quality. 
  • Review contracts, timelines, and invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment. 

 

Process Improvement & Reporting 

  • Develop scalable processes and systems to improve execution efficiency and consistency. 
  • Conduct post-event analysis to measure success, attendee feedback, and ROI. 
  • Apply insights to continuously improve future events and experiences. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale conferences, trade shows, or experiential event production. 
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing high-volume, complex deliverables. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments. 
  • Experience with branding programs, exhibits, and large-scale event environments. 
  • Strong understanding of attendee experience design, spatial planning, and event flow. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and on-site execution. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong creative mindset with a passion for experiential design and storytelling. 
  • Ability to think beyond logistics and shape how events feel, not just how they function. 
  • Strong visual and brand sensibility. 

Systems & Tools 

Experience with the following is an asset: SharePoint, Excel, Wrike, Cvent, Canva, Instapage, Figma, Asana, Smartsheet.
