The Shared Services Team within the Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility function in Human Resources provides focused career development for participating employees in the professional field of Human Resources. This program is designed for early career professionals who are eager to explore their potential across three different roles over the course of a 1.5 to 2 year rotational program as a Talent Acquisition Associate. The program provides meaningful work experiences that expose participants to a variety of professional settings and job responsibilities in the areas of Frontline and Professional recruitment coordination and administration, immigration processing, and shared services support roles providing high touch, customer service-focused support to candidates in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in our rotational program aimed at giving new team members the opportunity for career exploration through multiple departments and types of work:
- Shared Services Rotation
- Perform perm recruitment processes to ensure actions are happening on schedule; actively monitors applicant flow, and providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Complete Preboarding administrative tasks such as initiating and reviewing background reports and communicating Day 1 details
- Assist in creating job requisitions for open postions
- Field Recruitment Rotation
- Work with our Customer Experience and In-Home Services Organizations to review applications of employment, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and schedule candidates for onsite interviews
- Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires
- Corporate Recruitment Rotation
- Partner closely with recruiters to assist candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews, coordinate travel and process reimbursements
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity including process improvement and training needs; appropriately involve stakeholders, as needed
- Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related; minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing environment and adept in high volume hiring
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and strict confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite, additional experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
- Naturally curious: You like to ask 'why' and always wonder if there's a better way to do something; you explore big data and industry trends to answer all those nagging questions

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently on tasks within a team.
- Interpret, understand, and execute on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form
