JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Director of Workforce Management and Operations will be responsible for supporting our Take 5 Oil Change Brand with responsible for controlling, designing, and optimizing resources and controllables to support the efficient growth of the 700+ corporately owned Take 5 Oil Change shop operations. This work will include collaboration with the field and 3rd party vendors to understand labor impacts at shop level. They will be responsible for designing, implementing and evolving the in-shop labor model to maximize productivity, sales growth and expense control.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President or Take 5 Oil Change Field Operations you will work closely with the Operations Field Leaders and Finance partners to drive compliance to the labor management programs and engage with process and efficiency improvements across the operations system. This individual will support Operations process design and process change through data analytics, and control cost of labor within the Take 5 Oil Change corporate shop system.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing Time & Motion, MTM, MSD and MOST.
  • Developing, design, and implementing Labor Management Systems across a large retail, automotive or hospitality organization.
  • Translate data and information to actionable strategy implementation.
  • Use Workday for data and human capital analytics and forecasting.
  • Optimize and ensure T5OC follows Operations Management techniques and principles.
  • Use and apply Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies across the T5OC teams.
  • Directly and Indirectly lead small and large teams.

Requirements Driven Brands is looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in labor design and analytics, data analytics and business engineering.
  • Minimum 3 experience leading or managing a team and/or projects.
  • Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formula functions)
  • Experience using HRIS systems
  • Experience using data analytics software. Qlik preferred.
  • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to executives to present data-driven analytics.

Compensation Range:

$143,500.00 - $256,300.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
