Ibotta is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the IPN Advertiser Experience: the Portal and tools that advertisers, Ibotta sellers, and Operations use to plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns on the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). Your mission is to turn the Portal from a promotions interface into an intelligent, agent-first performance marketing platform, as part of Ibotta’s shift from a promotions marketplace to a modern performance marketing engine. Success means a unified Portal experience that increases adoption, reduces friction, and delivers measurable value for every user.
You will lead a growing team of Product Managers across Campaign Design, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience. You will work closely with the Campaign Platform team, which owns the APIs, data, and integrations underneath, and with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.
What you will be doing:
Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Advertiser Experience

Connect Market Insights, Campaign Design, Optimization, and Performance Reporting into one coherent journey, with consistent workflows, navigation, and patterns across every surface
Build a high-performing team of PMs; hire well, set clear standards for high-quality product work, develop a strong operating model and help each PM become the best version of themselves
Set priorities and success metrics, and run quarterly and strategic planning so your team and partner teams are sequenced and resourced to deliver
Build AI fluency across your team, putting AI at the center of how you discover, define, and deliver product
Represent the Advertiser Experience in senior leadership forums
Build a customer-obsessed culture grounded in clarity, ownership, and high-velocity execution
Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere
What we are looking for:
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing Product Managers
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field required
Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms: campaign setup, pacing and budgeting, targeting, optimization, measurement, or reporting
Experience leading multi-surface, multi-persona products (ad managers, marketing platforms, enterprise SaaS, or complex data products)
A track record of unifying complex workflows or fragmented product surfaces into intuitive end-to-end journeys
Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic product experiences, or a strong point of view on how they should change advertiser workflows
Demonstrated AI fluency: you use tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work and have evolved your product process or team operating model with AI
Strong product sense and data-informed decision making, and the ability to hold a PM team to those standards
Leads through others: sets goals, removes blockers, and holds teams accountable without acting as a hands-on IC
A track record of attracting, developing, and retaining strong Product Management talent
