  • Performance Insights: Review dashboards and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the enhancement of the institution’s market position

  • Storytelling: Synthesize key insights, recommendations, and plans in a clear, concise, and coherent way; create executive-level materials and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment

  • Team Collaboration:  Strategize with Noodle General Manager and Enrollment Director on performance-driven tactics and partner-facing communications. Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Audience Partnerships responsible for discovering high-value audiences beyond traditional marketing channels, cultivating marketing partnerships, and launching and measuring partnership campaigns. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Creative, Demand Generation, Analytics, and Project Management for successful execution of work.

  • Innovation & Efficiency: Leverage AI effectively to generate operational efficiencies and drive scale

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 7-10 years of previous marketing experience, with a significant portion in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C business models

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Previous experience managing direct reports preferred

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment throughout an entire partnership

  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing, matrix environment by effectively working across diverse groups and hierarchical levels

Role Requirements:

  • Location: Must reside in the continental US, within close proximity to a major airport to facilitate travel to partner universities, as the role requires travel up to 20% of the time

  • Internet Connectivity: As this role is primarily remote, a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential, along with a quiet, organized workspace for participating in camera-on, partner-facing meetings
