Serve as the primary liaison between university partners and internal teams to scope, design, review, and continuously improve online degree programs. Guide program and course decisions to maximize retention and graduation, provide formative feedback on course builds, onboard and support faculty, collaborate across build and support teams, use data to recommend strategic revisions, and occasionally support sales and consultation.

The Integrated Marketing Director will lead marketing strategies for universities, manage a marketing team, track performance insights, and ensure brand alignment while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Support sales growth by maintaining CRM, researching prospects, creating pitch decks and proposals, drafting communications, assisting with RFPs and basic financials, tracking ROI and competitor data, and supporting sales events and vendor management.

Lead and mentor a creative design team to develop brand systems, campaigns, and video/photo productions for higher-education partners. Drive end-to-end creative strategy, present work to stakeholders, refine workflows, collaborate with marketing, and use data and modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to produce effective recruitment and branding work.
