Position Summary
The Director of Finance and Administration is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health, administrative operations, and technology infrastructure. This role ensures strategic alignment across Finance, Human Resources, and IT functions to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Expected Salary - Base salary of $120,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, our incentive plan provides the opportunity to earn even more.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the COO and senior leadership to develop and implement financial and operational strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on budgeting, resource allocation, and organizational performance metrics.
- Maintain strong communication with executive leadership on critical financial and administrative issues.
Finance Management
- Oversee all financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Human Resources Oversight
- Direct HR strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Foster a positive organizational culture through performance management and development initiatives.
Information Technology Management
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems security, and technology strategy to support business operations.
- Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable and secure systems.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency across Finance, HR, and IT.
- Monitor KPIs such as budget adherence, employee retention, and system uptime.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration to align resources with strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance and Administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and IT systems management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
