$138,800.00 and $246,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Direct teams to manage and deliver automated reporting and dashboards for Spectrum's customer-facing products
- Define key metrics, data visualizations and ETL requirements to support product usage reporting
- Collaborate with Product leadership and cross-functional partners to identify and integrate new data sources
- Guide the creation of elegant, customer-readable reports utilizing tools such as Tableau and Excel
- Support project intake, roadmap development, staffing plans and budget execution in partnership with senior leadership
- Ensure all projects adhere to software development life cycle standards and are completed efficiently
- Foster effective communication and partnerships across technical and corporate functional groups

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience
- 7+ years of telecommunication industry leadership experience
- 7+ years in customer-facing products/services environments
- 7+ years working within a data platform/data analysis environment
- 7+ years managing complex projects
- Experience leading teams of data analysts and data scientists
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and presenting data
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Mastery of Tableau desktop and server design and implementation
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with advanced analytics processes and reporting design
- Ability to manage complex projects effectively
- Strong business acumen and sense of urgency
- Skilled in communicating technical concepts across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage development within multiple technology stacks
- Understanding of development strategies, project management and technical consultancy
- Willingness to continually expand Cable and IP product knowledge
- Capability to motivate and manage peer groups to achieve team objectives
- Advanced problem resolution techniques and solution-finding skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
- Ability to balance resource demands and prioritize business needs

- Ability to develop, communicate and implement strategies and tactics
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
