Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most complex business needs, including Accounting Advisory, Digital Solutions, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Managed Services.

As a Workday Professional in our Digital Solutions practice, you will join a world class Workday team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most inventive and fast-growing companies, expand your Workday and leadership skills and lead Workday projects, helping our clients solve their most complex and business critical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team environment on Workday Financials related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects

  • Meet with business leaders, decision makers and end users to define business requirements and systems goals

  • Document and develop business processes flows, requirements and design

  • Create, customize, and manage Workday fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches, dashboards, etc.

  • Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements

  • Provide training to end users

  • Assist with preparation of the project status report, project timeline and project budget

  • Deep level of product knowledge and experience across multiple related functional areas

  • Has a high level 'big picture' understanding of the project in relation to scope, timeline, requirements, client expectations

  • Understands the "Why?"  i.e. Comprehends client's business and industry trends and how the implementation strategically fits into their long-term goals

  • Accountable for cross-functional solution design and documentation - understands product touchpoints and pieces together individual components to form a complete solution

  • Capable of troubleshooting in real time and effectively brainstormed solutions

  • Acts as an escalation point and provides direction to the client and internal project team on areas of focus/ keeps team on track

  • Provides estimates and assumptions for Change Orders

  • Senior Manager/Director: Mentors other consultants to facilitate their growth and development

  • Senior Manager/Director: Partners with EM, and other architects to drive innovative solutions and ensure a unified client experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, or the equivalent

  • 3-5 years of direct Workday Financials implementation, Phase X, or Post-Production Support experience

  • Strong knowledge of key financial processes such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; intellectual curiosity

  • Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA and/or Master’s degree

  • Workday Pro or Workday Services certification in a Workday Financials Core Certification (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Contracts to Cash)
