Role Overview
Jito Labs is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer to help grow BAM’s (Block Assembly Marketplace) Plugin ecosystem. You’ll work directly with leading Solana protocols to understand their product needs, design technical solutions, and guide successful integrations.
Collaborating with our Business Development and Engineering teams, you’ll own the technical onboarding process end-to-end by becoming an expert on BAM Plugins, enabling partners, and ensuring a best-in-class developer experience.
Solutions Design & Integration
- Translate partner requirements into actionable features and integrations
- Work directly with partner engineering teams to architect and implement BAM Plugin integrations
Developer Tools & Documentation
- Create, modify, and maintain new libraries across a variety of languages for interfacing with BAM
- Write and update clear documentation, guides, and examples for developers
- Contribute to internal tooling that improves the integration and developer experience
Partner Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as the first line of technical support for partner teams, pre and post integration
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, escalating to engineering team when necessary
- Capture and communicate partner feedback to core eng team to improve BAM’s functionalities
Requirements
- Familiar with Git, Rust, Python, Typescript/Javascript, and other modern languages
- Deep understanding of the SVM architecture
- Concise communication between customers, the Jito Labs engineering team, and leadership
- Hungry to learn and comfortable working in fast paced environments
- Flexible and capable of prioritizing many tasks with competing priorities
