  • Organize information from multiple sources into a clear and compelling written narrative.

  • Proofread demands for grammar, spelling, formatting, consistency, and factual accuracy.

  • Manage multiple files and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Communicate with team members when records, bills, or other information appear incomplete or inconsistent.

  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • The ability to prioritize assignments and consistently meet deadlines.

  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining responsive to the team.

  • The ability to follow detailed instructions, templates, and established processes.

  • Comfort working with multiple software platforms and electronic documents.

  • The ability to learn and understand medical terminology, diagnoses, procedures, and common personal injury terminology.

  • Professional judgment when handling confidential client and medical information.

  • Previous experience in personal injury, legal writing, medical records, insurance claims, or demand preparation is preferred but not required.

  • Reliable, high-speed internet access capable of supporting a full remote workday.

  • A quiet and professional workspace with minimal distractions.

  • Reliable computer equipment and the ability to work efficiently with electronic files and web-based applications.

  • Consistent availability during the selected work schedule.

  • The ability to remain productive, organized, and communicative while working remotely.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing accurate, polished, and professional work. A successful Demand Writer should be able to:

  • Turn complex case information into clear, organized written narratives.

  • Carefully review medical and legal documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage multiple assignments without sacrificing quality.

  • Meet deadlines consistently and communicate proactively when additional information is needed.

  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.

About the Opportunity
