Prepares accurate, persuasive personal injury demand letters and packages by reviewing medical records, bills, accident reports, photographs, and related case documentation. Organizes accident and treatment details into clear narratives, verifies factual accuracy, proofreads materials, follows templates, manages multiple deadlines, communicates about missing information, and protects confidential client data while working remotely.

Manage personal injury insurance claims from filing through resolution, communicating with adjusters, attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other parties. Review medical records, bills, correspondence, and claim documentation; track deadlines and follow-ups; identify missing information; maintain accurate case notes; support claim evaluations and settlement negotiations; and escalate delays or issues while managing multiple cases remotely.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating medical treatment, records, billing, deadlines, documentation, and settlement preparation. The role involves drafting legal correspondence and case summaries, communicating with attorneys, insurers, medical providers, and other parties, and maintaining organized case files. Fluency in English and Spanish, personal injury experience, strong organization, and availability during U.S. hours are required or preferred.

Develop and manage relationships with personal injury attorneys and case managers, present pre-settlement funding solutions, build a new-business pipeline, follow up on cases, advance opportunities through funding, and close deals. The role is fully remote, relationship-focused, and compensated through a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Provides remote administrative and case support for personal injury law firms. Responsibilities include managing electronic case files, medical records, billing, police reports, insurance claims, deadlines, calendars, correspondence, client communication, and provider coordination. The role also prepares case summaries and documentation, supports pre-litigation workflows, performs quality control, and communicates professionally with clients in English and Spanish. Candidates must work independently during U.S. Mountain Time business hours and be located outside the United States.
