Position:Data Analyst
Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with key stakeholders to document and understand requirements and expectations for master data management.

  • Perform detailed analysis in support of business requirements and maintenance activities.

  • Coordinate with business users, data stewards, and technical resources to align on requirements and outcomes.

  • Monitor and investigate data quality and consistency issues.

  • Document and report on identified issues and create/execute mitigation plans.

  • Manage ticket workflows to ensure proper clarity and consistency in issue resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong SQL and data exploration abilities.

  • Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts is preferred.

  • Working experience with modern data platforms and reporting tools is also preferred.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other analysis-heavy discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)

  • 3-5 years of experience in data management or analytics roles

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$80,100.00 - $100,100.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
