We are seeking a Data Analyst with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights and products that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will serve as a key analytical partner across multiple departments (with a focus on sales and marketing), translating complex datasets into meaningful trends, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and guiding business leaders toward data-informed decisions.
Reporting to the Director of Data, this fully remote, individual contributor role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally to uncover insights that directly influence organizational growth and performance. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, highly analytical, and passionate about using data to tell a story with data. Their goals are improving systems and elevating outcomes across the business.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key operational metrics and KPI’s (e.g., productivity, resource utilization, cycle times, and quality).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance product, customer success, etc.) to measure, manage and grow the business.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-backed improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and tools.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows to increase efficiency.
- Work with subject matter experts to inform their decisions with both ad hoc and automated solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and access.
- Present findings and trends clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and security awareness dealing with data sets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, operations analysis, or business intelligence.
- Experience in SaaS, Education Technology, or other data-driven industries, strongly preferred.
- Experience managing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools, strong preference for Tableau.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data governance, process mapping, or workflow optimization preferred.
Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000 DOE + Benefits
