Are you ready to bridge the gap between abstract AI potential and concrete business outcomes for a global industry leader? Trimble is looking for a visionary architect to lead our AECO AI strategy, leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud to revolutionize the customer experience and drive next-generation digital transformation.

What Makes This Role Great:

This is a high-visibility, pioneering role where you aren't just managing tools—you are the primary architect of Trimble AECO’s AI-driven customer journey. • Develop and maintain the AECO AI Blueprint, acting as an internal consultant to leadership on generative and agentic AI capabilities.

  • Orchestrate Salesforce Agentforce configuration and build complex Flows that enable AI to perform real-world actions like license checks and project data retrieval.

  • Lead prompt engineering efforts to ensure AI personas align with Trimble’s professional and expert brand voice.

  • Partner with IT and Data teams to ground AI in Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring real-time access to technical manuals and BIM standards.

  • Design and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management programs to foster a seamless human-in-the-loop experience.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of direct experience leading AI or automation initiatives (Chatbots, RPA, or ML-driven analytics).

  • Proficiency with the Salesforce Stack, specifically Flow Builder and administrative tasks.

  • Deep understanding of the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner) domain.

  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and global operations teams.

Bonus Points For

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud.

  • Experience in SaaS environments.
