Finance Manager, Customer Retention - Drive Growth in SaaS & Digital Construction
 
Maximize customer lifetime value and reshape retention strategies across a dynamic digital construction ecosystem by translating complex data into powerful financial insights.
 
What Makes This Role Great:
 
In this high-impact role, you will lead the financial strategy for customer retention across the AECO segment, serving as a trusted analytical partner to executive leadership while directly influencing key SaaS metrics like Net Revenue Retention and Customer Lifetime Value.
 
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
 
  • Build and refine sophisticated financial models driving customer success, support, and renewal assumptions to accurately forecast churn and retention.
  • Design automated, scalable Business Intelligence dashboards to track customer health trends and identify critical factors for platform stickiness.
  • Partner with Global Support and Customer Success teams to evaluate customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risk.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align financial insights with core objectives to boost Net Revenue Retention and scale operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize primary performance indicators, including Customer Lifetime Value, Net Retention Rate, and overall Cost to Serve.
Essential Skills & Experience:
 
  • Significant progressive finance experience, including dedicated leadership or management experience.
  • Strong domain expertise in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Business Intelligence within a SaaS or Professional Services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools and data visualization to build automated reporting models.
  • Proven ability to translate operational datasets into actionable, executive-level financial insights.
Bonus Points For:
 
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) software domain.
  • Expertise in Net Revenue Retention (NRR) optimization strategies and customer success operational metrics.

    Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
