Position Summary:

The Customer Content & Experience Manager owns the craft and coordination of Redaptive's commercial narrative — building the pitches, decks, and content that Go to Market (GTM) leaders and account teams use to sell across personas, industries, and deal scenarios.

This role is the hands-on production engine for high-stakes, custom content: when AI drafting tools and standard templates aren't enough to get a pitch to the level a leader needs, this person writes, designs, and polishes the story until it is.

This role also owns the customer experience layer of the GTM motion — automated email journeys, surveys, and milestone touchpoints (including thank-you's) that shape how customers experience Redaptive across the relationship.

The role works in close, day-to-day partnership with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the Deal Desk to keep messaging consistent, current, and persona-relevant across Redaptive's full commercial portfolio, including energy-as-a-service (EaaS), equipment finance, and Data Solutions such as the Redaptive ONE platform, and to ensure term sheets and proposals are presented to customers as clearly and persuasively as the rest of the pitch.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Storytelling & narrative development: Build and continuously sharpen Redaptive's core commercial story, and adapt it into sharp, persuasive narratives for specific personas (e.g., sustainability leaders, CFOs, facilities/operations), industries (industrial, commercial real estate, data centers, etc.), and deal scenarios (new logo, expansion, EaaS, equipment finance, Data Solutions).
  • Custom pitch and deck creation: Produce polished, executive- and board-ready decks and pitch materials for GTM leaders on request, especially for high-stakes or one-off situations where existing templates and AI-generated drafts fall short of the bar required.
  • Deal Desk partnership: Partner with the Deal Desk to translate approved pricing, deal structures, and term sheets into clear, client-ready proposal and presentation materials, and support the presentation of term sheets and proposals to customers alongside deal teams and GTM leaders.
  • Content coordination: Serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement, coordinating requests, timelines, and content ownership so GTM teams get the right asset, tailored to the right audience, on time.
  • Content library and template management: Build and maintain a well-organized library of decks, one-pagers, case studies, and messaging frameworks; develop and refine reusable templates so more requests can be self-served, reserving custom work for where it adds the most value.
  • Customer experience & lifecycle communications: Own automated customer touchpoints across the lifecycle, including onboarding and milestone emails, satisfaction and relationship surveys (e.g., NPS/CSAT), and thank-you and appreciation communications, ensuring a consistent and on-brand customer experience.
  • Feedback loop and measurement: Track how content and customer communications perform (deck usage and win rates, survey response and sentiment, email engagement) and use that data to prioritize what gets built or refreshed next.
  • Brand and message consistency: Ensure all customer-facing and leader-facing content reflects a consistent Redaptive voice, visual identity, and level of polish, regardless of who requested it or how quickly it was needed.
  • AI and template judgment: Use AI-assisted drafting tools and standard templates to move quickly on routine requests, while recognizing — and stepping in personally for — the moments that call for custom, high-craft work.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Marketing on brand and campaign alignment, with Product Marketing on positioning and competitive messaging, with Sales Enablement on training, rollout, and adoption of new content, and with the Deal Desk on turning approved terms into customer-ready proposals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Storytelling craft: Strong narrative instincts; able to turn technical, financial, or operational detail into a clear, compelling story for a specific audience.
  • Deck design and visual communication: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, with a strong eye for visual design, layout, and executive-level polish.
  • Content coordination: Able to juggle multiple requests and stakeholders at once, prioritize under deadline pressure, and keep projects moving without dropping quality.
  • Persona and industry fluency: Ability to quickly learn and speak to the priorities of different buyer personas and industry verticals, and to adjust tone and emphasis accordingly.
  • Customer experience and marketing automation tools: Working knowledge of email automation and survey/feedback platforms, and comfort setting up and maintaining automated customer touchpoints.
  • Deal Desk and financial terms fluency: Comfortable working with the Deal Desk to translate pricing, deal structures, and term sheets into clear, customer-ready language and visuals for proposals and presentations.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the judgment to know what a leader needs to say and how to say it concisely and persuasively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Works effectively with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement, and is comfortable taking direction from multiple GTM leaders.
  • Open to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, corporate communications, or a similar GTM-adjacent role.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of decks, pitch materials, or sales content built for enterprise or complex B2B sales motions.
  • Experience with marketing automation and/or customer experience platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar).
  • Experience supporting sales or GTM teams selling to multiple personas and/or industry verticals preferred.
  • Background in energy, infrastructure, or technology-enabled services preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
