What You’ll Do
As the Contract Manager, you’ll oversee the organization’s contracts from intake through renewal or expiration, ensuring they are organized, compliant, and aligned with GRHD’s operational and financial goals. You’ll partner with leaders, vendors, legal counsel, and internal teams to manage contracts, mitigate risk, and improve processes.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, review, negotiation, approval, execution, renewals, amendments, and expiration.
- Administer and optimize contract management systems while maintaining accurate, organized, and accessible contract records.
- Review contracts for key terms, compliance requirements, potential risks, and items requiring legal or leadership review.
- Coordinate vendor negotiations, RFP/RFI processes, proposal evaluations, and contract-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor contracts for obligations, pricing, renewals, expirations, and compliance while providing leadership with timely updates and reports.
- Develop and maintain contract policies, procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Partner with outside legal counsel and appropriate departments to address contractual concerns and protect organizational interests.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and achieve cost savings through effective contract and vendor management.
- Provide guidance and training to leaders and employees on contract processes, requirements, and best practices.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and other contract-related compliance activities while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing contracts, business processes, or healthcare operations. You’ll bring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support effective contract and vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Three years of experience in contract administration, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, identify risks, and ensure compliance with policies and requirements.

- Pay Range: $35.58 - $50.82/hour (based on experience)

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
